Drip irrigation delivers water to plant roots in an efficient manner, but many variables can affect the health and success of a plant These variables include:

  • How far apart to space emitters
  • What size and type of emitter
  • How often and how long should you water
  • Soil factors affecting irrigation
  • Current temperature/ weather factors affecting irrigation

Learn tips to:

  • Making sure plants can breathe
  • How to avoid over-watering and under-watering
  • How to grow your system and keep up with the growing size of garden plants

Plants can thrive while using water efficiently but understanding the needs of the plant and the way drip systems can be adjusted to meet those needs can play a significant role in the long-term success of your landscape.
