COCOZELLE ZUCCHINI
An Italian heirloom zucchini. 53 days to harvest. Originally called 'Cocozella di Napoli'. Fruits are dark green with lighter ridges and pale green flesh. They are best picked at 6-8in. Long. This is a bush-type plant making it great for small gardens! High Yields.
EARLY GOLDEN SQUASH
A pre-Columbus heirloom squash. 50 days to harvest. This a 'crookneck'-like squash with golden yellow skin and creamy flesh. Flavor is mild with a hint of nuttiness. Fruits can be picked early at 3in. long or left on to mature to their full 5-6in. Long.
FRENCH WHITE ZUCCHINI
A French, gourmet zucchini. 50-60 days to harvest. Fruit is snow white, about 5in. long and slightly club-shaped. Flesh is firm with few seeds and the flavor is mild yet rich. It is best picked at 5in. long. This is another bush-type plant, great for small gardens.
MAGDA ZUCCHINI
A French hybrid zuchini. 45 days to harvest. Fruits are medium green and 4-5 inches and look like" chubby ovals". Flavor is that of a regular zuchini. Plants are vigorous and produce good yields over a long season.
SUNBURST SQUASH
An award winning hybrid squash. 50 days to harvest. Fruits are yellow, flattened rounds with scalloped edges .Flesh is firm with a delicate buttery to nutty flavor. Plant is vigorous with a semi-compact habit. You can pick them early, at 4in. around or let them mature to 6 inches. This is a staff favorite!
ZEPHYR SQUASH
A hybrid summer squash. 54 days to harvest. Fruit is yellow with a green tip and best picked at 4-6 inches long. Meat is tender with a mild nutty flavor. Another bush-type with high yields.
