CASPER EGGPLANT
A gourmet eggplant. 70 days to harvest. Fruit is white 6 in. long by 3in. wide and slightly club-shaped. Flesh is snow white with a mild nutty flavor. A unique eggplant to use for parmigiana!
DUSKY EGGPLANT
A hybrid eggplant. 75 days to harvest. Fruit is glossy purple-black and a 5-6 in. oval shape. Plant is a vigorous producer with high yields. It does better with regular fertilization and afternoon shade.
MACHIAW EGGPLANT
A Chinese hybrid eggplant. 65 days to harvest. Fruit has a lilac-pink color and is 9in. long by 1in, wide. Meat is tender and mild flavored. Plants do better with staking.
VITTORIA EGGPLANT
An Italian hybrid eggplant. 61 days to harvest. Fruit is deep purple and up to 10in. long and 3in.wide. Fruits are just right for slicing and baking or roasting on the BBQ! Plant is vigorous with high yields and does better with staking.
